HELLO FRIENDS! Welcome to Ellie Mae's Bakery! What an honor it is that you are considering me to be apart of your special event! Whether you have allowed me to be apart of your celebrations in the past or if you are new to Ellie Mae's, thank you for being here!   It has always been a dream of mine to open my own bakery and God's timing is everything! I am so blessed to have this opportunity of living out my dream. Its crazy to think this all started when I had my first cake decorating class when I was 10 years old. I attended pastry school in 2013 and have had the pleasure to work with several companies practicing the art of baking since then. ​ I specialize in custom sugar cookies, buttercream cakes, corporate events, and dessert tables; but I love everything in between.  I am so excited to share the passion I have with each and every one of you by Baking YOUR special moments even Sweeter!
